Our team of consultants combines expertise in transportation engineering, enforcement, attitude research and behaviour change and systematic evaluation techniques. The team has delivered road safety and transportation projects in the Middle East region since 2007 and has worked in the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, India, Ethiopia and the UK.
Tawab Kazemi
Managing Director
Tawab manages commercial relationships, client relationships, tenders and project delivery. He is an experienced transport planner and traffic engineer with more than 29 years’ experience in high value, multi-disciplinary transport projects for private and public sector clients. Tawab has delivered major transport master planning projects in the UAE for prestigious clients e.g. Down Town Dubai Transport Master Plan for Emaar and Maydan Transport Master Plan. The main focus of his work is planning for non-motorised road users, promotion of cycle/pedestrian infrastructure, sustainable transport and road safety engineering. Tawab holds an Msc in Transport Planning and Engineering from University of Leeds, UK.
Phil Clarke
Director of Road Safety & Enforcement
Phil has over 40 years of road safety experience, the last five in the Middle East. He is a former senior officer in the UK Traffic Police and was the Head of Road Safety for a UK local authority before coming to the UAE. He has extensive experience in incident management, collision investigations, enforcement, safety camera operations, driver and vehicle licensing, driver training, crash data and accident prevention.
Dr Dinu Radhakrishnan
Principal Road Safety Consultant
Dinu has over 20 years of experience in transportation and road safety engineering. He has worked with government and private clients in the Middle East, the UK and India. His experience includes road traffic safety management systems, development of design manuals, traffic and safety data analysis and modelling, road safety engineering, road safety training, road safety audits, computer programming for data analysis and road infrastructure design. Dinu holds a PhD in Road Safety from IIT, India.
Muhammad Abdullah
Senior Road Safety Engineer
Abdullah is an enthusiastic young engineer with around 7 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on planning and civil engineering. He has worked in the Middle East and Pakistan. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology in Lahore, Pakistan.
Farzana Kazemi
Executive Director
Farzana is an Executive HR Consultant and NLP Master Coach. She is an award winning 'Woman of Substance' 2020, and an award winning Human Capital Leader 2018, with over 22 years of experience in the UK, Middle East, Africa and Far East. She holds a Post Grad in Human Resources and Development from the University of Wolverhampton, UK, is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and is a certified NLP Master Coach with ICF, Global and ANLP, UK.
